About Me

I'm an early-career researcher/PhD student at DESY Zeuthen. My research interests are still evolving but broadly fall under the theme of multi-messenger astrophysics. I'm very fortunate to be part of a wonderful research group supervised by Prof. Samaya Nissanke. In the past, I’ve worked on optical follow-up of gravitational-wave counterparts and gravitational-wave parameter inference.

Before joining DESY, I completed my Master’s in Particle and Astrophysics at Radboud University Nijmegen, supported by the Radboud Scholarship. Prior to that, I was a KVPY Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, where I obtained my BS (Research) degree majoring in Physics.
